Our pieces are designed with a modern athletic fit. We recommend ordering your usual size for a standard fit. For a more relaxed feel, consider sizing up. Please refer to our size guide for exact measurements.

What is your shipping policy?

Each Dovenfield product is crafted in limited quantities with attention to quality, fit, and finish. This intentional approach may result in extended shipping times compared to mass-produced items, but allows us to deliver a product you’ll love and wear with confidence.

We ship worldwide, with tracking details provided once your order ships. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100US.

Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order, we handle returns slightly differently than traditional retail.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We gladly offer a free replacement or refund if your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size / Buyer’s Remorse

Since each item is custom-made:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference

(We provide detailed size charts to help avoid fit issues along with very accurate depictions of our products.)

Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, contact us within 30 days and we’ll investigate and replace if confirmed lost.

If you’re unhappy for any reason, reach out — we’ll always try to make it right.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
