Dovenfield Giveaway Official Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR MAXIMUM CHANCES OF WINNING.
The Dovenfield Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Dovenfield.
By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to these Official Contest Rules.
1. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins:
October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time
and ends:
January 31, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time
All entries must be received during this period to be eligible.
The random draw for the potential winner will take place on or about:
February 1, 2027
Dovenfield may postpone the draw where reasonably necessary because of technical problems, fraud, events outside its reasonable control, or legal requirements.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of:
Canada, including Quebec
and
The 50 United States and the District of Columbia
United States territories and possessions are not included.
Entrants must have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, state, or district of residence at the time of entry.
Individuals directly involved in administering the Giveaway, as well as members of their immediate household, are not eligible.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
3. Maximum Number of Entries
Each eligible person may receive a maximum of two entries during the Giveaway period.
The maximum number of entries is the same whether or not an entrant makes a purchase.
The two possible entries are:
- One standard entry
- One bonus entry
Using multiple email addresses, accounts, identities, or other methods to obtain more than two entries is prohibited.
4. Standard Entry
An eligible person may receive one standard entry at no cost by completing the official Dovenfield Giveaway entry form during the Giveaway period.
The entry form may request:
- A valid email address
- Country of residence
- Province, territory, state, or district of residence
- Confirmation of eligibility
- Acceptance of these Official Contest Rules
Entrants must provide a valid email address that they control.
Submitting the form multiple times or using multiple email addresses does not provide additional standard entries.
Only one standard entry is permitted per person.
5. Bonus Entry Through Purchase
An entrant with a valid standard entry may receive one bonus entry by making a qualifying purchase from Dovenfield during the Giveaway period.
Only one purchase bonus entry may be earned per person during the Giveaway period, regardless of:
- The number of products purchased
- The number of orders placed
- The total amount spent
For the purchase bonus entry to be matched correctly, entrants should use the same email address for their Dovenfield order and Giveaway entry.
Making additional purchases does not provide additional entries.
The maximum remains two entries per person.
6. Free Alternative Bonus Entry
No purchase is required to receive the second entry.
An entrant may obtain the same one bonus entry without making a purchase by completing Dovenfield's free Alternative Method of Entry.
The free bonus entry method will be made available through Dovenfield during the Giveaway period.
The entrant must use the same email address used for their standard Giveaway entry.
A free alternative bonus entry provides exactly the same number of entries as the purchase bonus.
An entrant may not receive both a purchase bonus entry and a free alternative bonus entry.
The maximum remains two entries per person.
7. Prize
There will be one winner.
The winner may select one eligible Dovenfield product with a regular retail value of up to US $70.
Standard shipping to an eligible Canadian or United States shipping address is included.
If the selected product has a retail value below US $70, the winner will not receive cash, store credit, or another payment for the unused difference.
Products with a retail value greater than US $70 are not eligible unless Dovenfield specifically agrees otherwise.
Prize selection is subject to product availability and Dovenfield's ability to fulfill the selected product to the winner's eligible shipping address.
If a selected product is unavailable, the winner may be asked to choose another eligible product.
Dovenfield may substitute a product of equal or greater approximate value if reasonably necessary.
No cash alternative will be provided except where required by law or offered at Dovenfield's discretion.
Any taxes associated with accepting the prize are the responsibility of the winner where required by applicable law.
8. Winner Selection and Chances of Winning
Following the close of the Giveaway period, one potential winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received.
Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected.
An entrant may have either one or two valid entries.
The chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Making a purchase does not provide better maximum odds than entering without a purchase because every eligible entrant has the opportunity to obtain a maximum of two entries without purchasing anything.
9. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their Giveaway entry.
The potential winner will have seven calendar days from the time Dovenfield sends the winner notification to respond and complete the required verification.
If the potential winner:
- Does not respond within seven calendar days
- Cannot be contacted
- Is found to be ineligible
- Does not provide required verification
- Does not comply with these Official Rules
- Fails the Canadian skill-testing requirement where applicable
the potential winner may be disqualified.
If this occurs, Dovenfield may randomly select another potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.
10. Winner Verification
Before being confirmed as the winner, the potential winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility and deliver the prize.
This may include:
- Full legal name
- Telephone number
- Shipping address
- Confirmation of age
- Confirmation of province, territory, state, or district of residence
- Confirmation that the entrant complied with these Official Rules
- Other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, prevent fraud, or deliver the prize
Dovenfield may request reasonable proof of eligibility where necessary.
A telephone number is not required for ordinary entry and will only be requested from a potential winner where necessary for verification, communication, or prize delivery.
11. Canadian Skill-Testing Question
Before a Canadian potential winner can be confirmed as the winner, they must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
If the potential winner does not correctly answer the question, they will not be confirmed as the winner and another potential winner may be selected.
12. Fraud, Bots and Duplicate Entries
Dovenfield reserves the right to disqualify entries where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, manipulation, automated entry, or an attempt to circumvent these Official Rules.
Prohibited activity includes:
- Entries submitted using bots or scripts
- Automated entry services
- Multiple identities used by the same person
- Multiple email addresses used by the same person to obtain additional entries
- False eligibility information
- Fraudulent orders
- Manipulation of the entry system
- Manipulation of the winner selection process
- Attempts to obtain more than two entries
- Attempts to interfere with the security or proper operation of the Giveaway
Dovenfield may review suspicious entries before confirming a winner.
Multiple legitimate people will not automatically be disqualified merely because they share the same household, internet connection, or device.
13. Email Communications
A valid email address is required to enter because email will be used to administer the Giveaway and contact the potential winner.
Dovenfield may send communications reasonably necessary to:
- Confirm an entry
- Verify an email address
- Provide information concerning the Giveaway
- Contact a potential winner
- Verify eligibility
- Arrange prize delivery
Marketing communications are separate from communications necessary to administer the Giveaway.
Where consent is required for Dovenfield marketing emails, marketing consent will be obtained and managed separately in accordance with applicable law.
Unsubscribing from Dovenfield marketing communications will not invalidate an otherwise valid Giveaway entry.
14. Privacy
Personal information collected for the Giveaway may be used for:
- Administering the Giveaway
- Processing entries
- Preventing duplicate or fraudulent entries
- Selecting a potential winner
- Contacting the potential winner
- Verifying eligibility
- Delivering the prize
- Meeting applicable legal requirements
Information will be handled in accordance with Dovenfield's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Dovenfield will not require ordinary entrants to provide telephone numbers or shipping addresses solely to enter the Giveaway.
Additional information will only be requested from a potential winner where reasonably necessary.
15. Product Selection and Availability
The winner's selected product must be available through Dovenfield at the time the prize is fulfilled.
Product availability, sizes, colours, designs, and other options may change during the Giveaway period.
If the winner's preferred product or variation cannot reasonably be fulfilled, Dovenfield will work with the winner to select another eligible product.
16. Technical Problems
Dovenfield is not responsible for entries that cannot be received because of technical problems outside its reasonable control, including:
- Internet outages
- Service interruptions
- Corrupted data
- Website failures
- Email delivery failures
- Third-party platform failures
If a technical failure, security incident, fraud, or other event materially affects the integrity of the Giveaway, Dovenfield may take reasonable steps to preserve the fairness of the Giveaway.
This may include temporarily suspending entries, correcting affected entries, postponing the draw, or cancelling and restarting the Giveaway where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
17. Changes or Cancellation
Dovenfield may modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Giveaway where reasonably necessary because of:
- Fraud
- Technical failure
- Security problems
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Events outside Dovenfield's reasonable control
- Circumstances that materially compromise the fair operation of the Giveaway
Dovenfield will not materially change the rules after the Giveaway begins simply for marketing convenience.
Any material change affecting entrants will be communicated as clearly and promptly as reasonably possible.
18. Quebec Residents
Residents of Quebec are eligible to participate.
Dovenfield intends to make applicable French-language Giveaway information and Official Contest Rules available for Quebec participants as required before the Giveaway begins.
Where French and English versions of these Official Rules are provided, both versions are intended to describe the same Giveaway.
19. Social Media
If the Giveaway is advertised through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, or another social media platform, that platform is not the sponsor or administrator of the Giveaway unless specifically stated otherwise.
The Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Dovenfield.
Entrants release the applicable social media platforms from responsibility for the administration of the Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. General Conditions
Dovenfield's decisions concerning entry validation, eligibility, fraud prevention, prize selection, and administration of the Giveaway will be made reasonably and in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
